This week we had our annual two day trip to Eilat. Rabbi Nosson Adler, the “Champion of Tiyulim”, arranged an action packed schedule with the most exciting activities in Israel! In order to get to everything, we headed out on Motzai Shabbat [at 12:00 a.m.] so we could make it on time for Netz/Vatikin in Eilat. We arrived at the beautiful La Playa Hotel where the boys put their stuff down, washed up and prayed Shachrit. After a luscious hotel breakfast, the boys took a quick nap and then headed out for some unbelievable scuba diving in some of Eilat’s most stunning coral reefs. After enjoying Hashem’s breathtakingly beautiful underwater world, we headed out to Red Canyon for a little hike in the beautiful mountains. The bus then drove us to one of Israel's longest, most challenging ropes courses where the boys enjoyed climbing through the massive structures.
This was followed by a delicious barbeque and then back to the hotel to rest up for the next day's activities. After Shacharit and breakfast, we headed out on a beautiful cruise boat for some chill time in the ocean blue. Great Music, great ekel and a massive water slide from the deck of the boat into the cool waves below, made it exhilarating fun! After pizza and Mincha, we headed back to Yerushalayim for some more awesome Torah learning!
